Booking Conditions – Hotel City Center

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM. Check-out must be before 11:00 AM. Free luggage storage is available if you arrive early or depart late.

Payment

Payment is due upon arrival, in cash or by credit card. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB International. Cashless payment options are available. A pre-authorization may be processed on your card prior to arrival.

Mandatory Fees

A city tax of €4.24 per room per night is payable during your stay.

This amount is collected by the City of Brussels and is not included in the displayed price. Cancellation Policy Reservations can be cancelled according to the policy defined at the time of booking. In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, accommodation booking services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. For any cancellation, the specific conditions indicated at the time of booking apply. Special cancellation conditions may apply to group bookings (more than 8 rooms for the same accommodation, on the same dates). Property Management This property is managed by a professional host, operating as a business, industrial, or professional establishment, as defined in Article 155 of the French General Tax Code. Security Your safety is our priority. The property is equipped with: smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, a security system, and a first aid kit.

Pets and Non-Smoking

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. The entire property is strictly non-smoking.

Hôtel City Center is a small, intimate hotel with 37 rooms spread over 6 floors, located in the heart of Brussels. Every detail has been designed to offer calm, cleanliness, and simplicity. No grand lobby, no unnecessary formalities just a sincere welcome, day and night.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in: from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is possible, subject to availability.

Arrival after midnight: please contact us by phone in advance at +32 2 203 47 76 so we can welcome you.

Check-out: before 11:00 AM.

Check-in and check-out procedures can be completed contactlessly for greater convenience.

Our reception staff is on-site if you need assistance.

The minimum age to check in is 18 years.

Documents and deposit upon arrival

A valid photo ID is required upon arrival.

A security deposit (by credit card, debit card, or cash) may be requested to cover any incidental charges.

Children and pets

No baby cots are available. Rooms are not suitable for their installation.

Pets are not admitted, to ensure comfort for all our guests. Exception: guide dogs for blind or visually impaired persons are welcome, provided they are clearly identifiable with an official harness or ID badge.

Internet connection

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas. Fast, stable, and secure.

Parking

There is no on-site parking. We recommend nearby public parking facilities, such as those at Brussels-North Station or Rue Neuve.

The entire property is strictly non-smoking. Any smoking in rooms will result in additional fees.
